We zijn eruit!

Aanvankelijk met Argentinie/Chili/Bolivia als favoriete bestemming voor ons volgend avontuur zijn we na het een en ander te hebben afgewogen toch tot ons Spanje besluit gekomen.

ACB kwam eigenlijk wat te laat - geen voorjaar - en we hadden wat twijfels over de fietscondities. Toch veel gravel/onverhard in Zuid-Argentinie/Chili - Patagonie - waar mn Angela niet van houdt; dus waarschijnlijk beperkt fietsen.
Hopen in Zuid-Spanje (Malaga/Valencia) wel wat te fietsen, waarschijnlijk een beter achterland dan Sevilla.


Via Nancy/Vichy/Narbonne nu in Zaragoza - koud, vies windje maar droog - waar we na een extra dag vertrekken voor een week Valencia. Even daar proeven en dan voorlopig (!) naar Malaga!
Wellicht dat we daar - en later in Valencia - weer een "Proef B&B" kunnen starten!

Finally: we made up our mind!

Our plans for our next trip/stay were focussed on Argentina/Chili/Bolivia. But going into details we considered leaving for ACB so late in spring time as a disadventage.
Plus the fact that the bikeconditions in the south of Argentina and Chile (Patagonia) - lots of gravel roads - which Angela hates, combined with decent accommodation probably hardly to be found within day biking distances would limit our bike stages.

In Spain we hope to bike more. The vicinity near Malaga (hills/mountains/coast) and Valencia (hills/coast) seem more inviting for biking then Seville´s was.

Driving our van (plus bikes) via Nancy, Vichy and Narbonne (France) we now are in Zaragoza - too cold, but no rain - on our way to Valencia for a short visit, then to Malaga for some months and then back to Valencia. After that we hope we are able to make up our minds whether to settle in Spain, where and how long after we are fet up with biking!

We'll keep you informed: hope to start another "try-out B&B" like last year in Seville, so make up your minds about coming to Spain this winter!
